New Location Will Serve Duval and St. John’s County

FLORHAM PARK, NJ – October 31, 2006 – Ryan Beck & Co. today announced that has opened a new office in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, a suburb of Jacksonville. The new office is headed by Branch Manager Ron Wilkins, who joined the firm last year from Advest Securities.

The new office is the third office for Ryan Beck in Florida, signaling a continuation of the firm’s expansion in the state as well as in other key markets.  Ryan Beck has a strong commitment to Florida, and the move to the Jacksonville area is a very logical step, according to Michael Mazor, district director for the Florida region. “We are pleased to open this new office to serve Jacksonville and the St. John’s County areas,” said Wilkins.  “We look forward to working with both individual investors and businesses to serve their short- and long-term financial needs.”

In addition to Wilkins, the new office is staffed by Kevin Koski, a financial consultant who also joined from Advest, and Leslie Lashley as the branch office’s administrative manager.  Wilkins indicates that the firm plans to hire additional financial consultants in the months ahead.
