Ms. Gilbert has been following the small and mid-cap bank and thrift sector for more than 10 years. Ms. Gilbert was recently named #1 Stock Picker in Thrifts & Mortgage Finance by Starmine in 2005. Before joining Ryan, Beck & Co., in April 2002, Ms. Gilbert was a Senior Equity Analyst with Ferris, Baker Watts in Baltimore, MD, where she covered banks and thrifts in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Ms. Gilbert received her B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA and holds the following financial security licenses 7, 86 and 87 respectively.
